The regular meeting of the Lawrenceville Town Council to be held on August 10, 2004, was postponed until Tuesday, August 17^th at 7:30 pm due to lack of a quorum.

Present: Mayor Keith W. Clarke; Council members: Wilbur Hardy and Michael F. Moorman; Town Manager, C. J. Dean; Chief of Police, Douglas R. Pond; Town Clerk, Alice B. Talbert; citizens and the press.

Absent: Council members: Joyce D. Bland, H. B. Brockwell, Jr., John J. Miller, Jr., Woodrow Packer and Robert F. Pecht, III; Town Attorney, W. C. Outten, Jr.
